IQ – Intensive Quality Dermatology currently operates two Dermatology Clinics, one in the centre of Athens (41 Vas. Sofias ave, Kolonaki) and one in Maroussi, Greece (71Kifisias ave), , as well as a consultation room in Marylebone, London.

Both Dermatology Clinics, with a total of 900 square metres area (450 m each), are located in Athens, Greece. They are equipped with advanced Lasers and energy-based medical devices for all dermatological applications of therapeutic, cosmetic and invasive dermatology – venereology.

Program Includes
Trichoscopy-controlled IQ-FUE combines all the advantages of Follicular Unit Extraction with no need to remove strips of skin from the donor area. Through trichoscopy, a detailed study of the scalp's characteristics per square centimetre is performed. Through the use of the advanced scientific software (IQ software), all important details about the scalp are studied in detail and recorded in an automated way (such as the number, the size and the distances among hair follicles) both for the recipient and for the donor areas. Thus, it is possible to accurately assess the actual number of hair follicles that can be transplanted so that the needs of those areas showing hair thinning are met. FUE method constitutes an innovative way for the extraction of the follicular units, which are extracted one by one from the donor area and then transplanted to the recipient areas, making it a minimally invasive technique.
At the end of the procedure you can return to your home. Hospitalisation is not required. For legal reasons driving is not recommended when you leave the medical practice. In FUE method no stitches are used and no incisions are made, thus no painkillers or other type of medicines are given after the session. Furthermore, there are no limitations of everyday activities, and therefore this method is appropriate even for athletes, people who do heavy manual work, as well as those who cannot stay for a long period of time out of work.
