This full-day tour from Athens to Argolis area takes you to some of the major sites of Greek antiquity on the outskirts of the city. You will enjoy a short stop at the Corinth Canal, an impressive (6.3 kilometer long) canal that connects the Gulf of Corinth to the Aegean Sea. Continue with Nemea Winery visit. We will see step by step the production procedure of wine. At the end of the tour you can visit the exhibition of wine to choose and buy your favorite wines with discount. Continue to Mycenae, the historical setting for much of ancient Greek. Here you will visit the archeological site. We will continue to Nafplion, the first capital of modern Greece and home to the fortress of Palamidi. You will have the opportunity to explore this marvelous small town and enjoy an optional lunch. Visit the castle of Bourtzi. After your exploration, return to Athens in your private vehicle.
